The Renaldo Chop
The Renaldo Chop is a simple move, that I hope all of us can learn. Watch the video a few times, try the move, watch some more, try some more in while moving forward and against an opponent. I think you'll get this one pretty quickly.

Week 5 Doggie Bag (9/22/09)
The skill of the week is the Outside Cut ( at 0:59 into the video). This is a good movie to create an opening to shoot or penetrate.
